Have you signed up for Blackpool’s new SSO service, Seasiders Sign On, yet?

A new account for registering with Blackpool FC, Seasiders Sign On replaces the existing, separate accounts for different Club systems, such as online ticketing, retail and Tangerine TV.  

It is designed to be a single, standard way for supporters to access online services on www.blackpoolfc.co.uk, www.eticketing.co.uk/blackpoolfc and shop.blackpoolfc.co.uk

Only one account with one password is now required across all three sites, providing a more consistent experience when making purchases and reducing the chances of forgetting passwords or usernames.

Supporters must register a Seasiders Sign On account in order to purchase season tickets, match tickets, online merchandise and Tangerine TV subscriptions.

You will need to register a new SSO account and link your current ticketing account to it. Tangerine TV streaming accounts and Club Shop accounts will automatically be linked, providing that you use the same email address.

Please note: if you have a Tangerine TV streaming account, please use the same email address to sign up for a Seasiders Sign On account - in order for your streaming subscriptions to be carried over automatically.

If you are registering an account for someone else, please ensure that you use a unique email address for each person so that you can buy season cards, memberships or match tickets online in future, or watch streaming services separately in different locations.

Verification emails may be sent to Junk/ Spam/ Promotions folders so please check through those if an email does not come through to your inbox.

Some email clients or systems may deliver the email but ‘disable’ the ability to click on any links in the content. If you have received the email but cannot click on the link, please move the email to your Inbox, which will then allow you to select the link and verify your account.

Should you receive a ‘redirecting to partner platform’ error message, your client reference may not be linked. Please go back to the ‘link client reference’ tab and ensure this is linked before clicking through to the ticket platform.

Those who cannot locate their Client Reference number, or experience issues linking their Client Reference, are asked to phone the Ticket Office on 01253 599745. 

We encourage all supporters to add the email addresses of noreply@blackpoolfc.co.uk and blackpoolfc@newsletter.blackpoolfc.co.uk to their safe sender email list to ensure that you receive all important Club communications straight to your Inbox moving forwards.
