Matty Virtue has agreed a season-long loan to Sky Bet League One side Lincoln City.
The midfielder, who made a return to action following long-term injury in April, has featured three times so far this season, with his most recent appearance coming off the bench in the 3-3 draw at Burnley.
The 25-year-old will now benefit from more regular game-time at Sincil Bank, reuniting with former Pool assistant and Liverpool coach Mike Garrity, who is now part of Mark Kennedy’s backroom staff.
