Blackpool Football Club is launching the ‘Report It’ App for customers, fans and staff of BFC to report concerns.

In a bid to help tackle anti-social behaviour, discrimination and more in and around the Football Club, this new app will allow for a clearly defined reporting process and marked place for all to report any issues they may have.

If you see or hear something that concerns you relating to another person’s behaviour or suspected behaviour at Bloomfield Road, use the app to report it directly to the Club’s safeguarding and welfare staff.

The app will seek to obtain as much information as possible to assist the Club’s staff in dealing with your concerns. This will be done mainly through optional choice questions.

You will be asked which behaviour your concern relates to, your relationship with the Club (e.g. fan, member of staff etc), a summary of your concern and where on the Club’s sites this has taken place. You may also upload photos or videos or take live video through the app.  This information will then be directed to the most appropriate person in the Club who will deal with the concern appropriately, though in some cases it may be the next working day.

It is always recommended that you provide your contact details in case further information or clarity is required. Simply scan the QR code from posters around the ground or download the ‘Report It’ app and use the three-letter code BFC. The app is compatible with both Android and iPhone.
