Blackpool welcome relegated Bristol Rovers to Bloomfield Road on Saturday afternoon. The Pirates will be looking to end the season on a high after a disappointing season.
In the Seasiders' last fixture, the Pool fell short and were beaten 2-0 by record-breaking Birmingham City on Wednesday evening.
For Saturday’s visitors, Bristol Rovers were beaten 2-0 by play-off hunting Reading.
Opposition In Focus:
The Pirates have struggled this season in League One, recording the second-worst loss record in the division, just behind Shrewsbury Town. After sacking Matt Taylor in December, the Pirates have only recorded six wins.
Furthermore, the visitors have not won in their last nine games, with their last win coming in March against Bolton, a 3-2 win.
Veteran Chris Martin has been one of the star players for Bristol Rovers after signing on a free from QPR in the summer. The 36-year-old has five goals and four assists this season. Promise Omochere is not far behind the forward on seven goals and assists in total.
