Dan Grimshaw joined Blackpool on a two-year deal from Manchester City in June 2021.

The shot-stopper, who was involved in the first-team setup at the Etihad Stadium on several ocassions, spent time on loan out in Belgium at second division side Lommel SK in early 2021, making ten first-team appearances.

In his first season at Blackpool, Grimshaw impressed between the sticks in the absence of the injured Chris Maxwell, going on to make 29 appearances in all competitions. He signed an extended three-year deal with the Club in July 2022, kepping him at Bloomfield Road until at least June 2025.

Grimshaw kept 18 clean sheets in Sky Bet League One in the 2023/24 season for Pool.
