Brad signed a professional contract with the Club in the summer of 2021

Holmes made his first league start for Blackpool in May 2021 in a victory over Bristol Rovers.

He spent the first part of the 2021/22 season on loan at Northern Premier League side FC United of Manchester, where he impressed, before signing a further loan at National League North side Chorley in December 2021. He then joined AFC Fylde at the start of the 2022/23 season before returning to Bloomfield Road.

Holmes joined National League North side Southport on a three-month loan in September 2023.
