Son of former Pool player Matt Hill, Tyler has been with Blackpool since the age of nine.

A centre-back or left-back, Tyler is a tough tackler who played in Blackpool's memorable FA Youth Cup run in 2020-21 aged just 16 as well as being a main stay in the Under-18's 2022/23 EFL Youth Alliance league title winning side.

Hill, signed his first professional contract in June 2024, keeping him at Bloomfield Road until 2025 with the club holding an option of a further 12 months.
