Will came through the Club's Academy to sign a two-year scholarship.

He first featured for the youth team in the 2019/20 season and has built on those appearances ever since. A versatile player capable of playing anywhere across the back line, he has also featured in a holding midfield role.

He signed a professional deal with the Seasiders in May 2022. 

The centre half joined Bamber Bridge FC on loan at the start of the 2023/24 campaign.
