Dom Thompson joined Blackpool from Premier League side Brentford in July 2022 on a three-year deal, with the Club holding an option for a further year. 

Signed for an undisclosed fee, the left-back came through the academy system at Arsenal before making 19 appearances for Brentford. 

He has gained additional EFL experience out on loan with Swindon Town and Ipswich Town.  

Dom spent the second half of the 2023/24 campaign on loan in Sky Bet League Two with Forest Green Rovers.
