Bio
Josh Bowler first joined Blackpool in the summer of 2021 on an initial one-year deal, plus a 12-month option.
The exciting winger arrived at Bloomfield Road from Premier League side Everton, whom he signed for as an 18-year-old from QPR for a substantial fee in 2017.
Having gained previous Championship experience on loan at Hull City, Bowler made an instant impression at Bloomfield Road with his performances out wide, scoring his first goal in tangerine in a Carabao Cup tie against Sunderland in August 2021, going on to score eight goals in his first season.
His fine form saw him join Nottingham Forest in September 2022 and immediately head out on loan to Olympiacos in Greece. That deal was then cut short in January 2023, allowing Bowler to return to Blackpool on loan for the remainder of the season.
