Oliver Casey joined Blackpool from Leeds United in the summer of 2021 for an undisclosed fee.

Signing on a three-year contract from his boyhood Club, Casey progressed through the youth ranks at Elland Road to go on to make three first-team appearances for the Whites.

The defender also came up against Blackpool in an EFL Trophy match in 2020, as Leeds United U21 lost 3-0 at Bloomfield Road.

Casey spent the 2022/23 campaign on loan in Sky Bet League One with Forest Green Rovers where he won the Club's Player of the Year Award.  On his return to Pool in the 2023/24 season, Casey made 29 appearances, cementing his place in the Seasiders' first-team.
