Jibran joined Pool initially on trial and after impressing during this period the tricky midfielder recieved a scholarship.

The versatile attack-minded player, scored a hat-trick against Fleetwood Town in his debut for Pool while on trial, shocasing all of his talent.  

Ahmed has since helped the Under-18's to the 2022/23 EFL Youth Alliance league title, scoring in the last game of the season against Preston North End as well as becoming a reliable asset for the academy coaches.

The youngster scored five times and provided six assists in the 2023/24 season for the Under-18's.
