Taylor Bowen was signed from Middlesbrough in the summer of 2022, aged 16.

The striker, who is a powerful frontman, has a keen eye for goal and can score with feet. Taylor spent time on loan at Workington AFC at the start of the 2023/24 campaign, but picked up a long-term injury early on in his time at the Cumbrian side.

His grade four hamstring tear meant he missed the rest of the 2023/24 campaign but returned to action in pre-season before heading out on loan to Runcorn Linnets in August as he tries to make an impact on his return.
